We are located in Sydney and we deliver Australia wide
We don't have a shopfront. All orders are processed in our warehouse.
1. DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE
Yes, we can deliver anywhere in Australia.
We use Sendle as our trusted delivery service to deliver Australia wide.
NOTE: We don’t deliver to PO BOX/ Parcel Collect.
2. SHIPPING FEE
Our system determines real time fee from the courier based on your shipping location and total weight of your order. You will see the shipping fee calculated at CheckOut page.
3. TRACKING
Our system will send you an SMS and email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. If your order goes to our IN-HOUSE DELIVERY, you will receive an SMS but there will be no tracking number sent to you.
We use Sendle as our Third Party Shipping Courier.

Normally, delivery takes 1-6 days for the orders shipped within Sydney and 4-10 days for the rest of Australia using Sendle courier services.
4. DELIVERY
We offer contactless delivery. This means you are not required to provide your signature. However, you must be present to accept a "contactless delivery".
All of our deliveries have 'ATL' or Authority to Leave. This means that you give the courier driver permission to leave the parcel at the delivery address without signature as long as it is safe to do so.
Delivery by our Third Party Shipping Courier - You will receive an SMS once the parcel has been shipped. It would provide a tracking number and a link to track your order. We only use Sendle as our third party shipping courier and you agree to observe their delivery process as a Sendle receiver.

You agree that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to your property or suffered by you in connection with our delivery to the delivery address.
If we classify an Order as a “Bulk Order”, your Order may attract a handling charge depending on the size of your Order. Orders that total over 24kgs will be subject to a bulk delivery fee, as they require special handling and transport allocation.
If your Order is a Bulk Order, we will contact you as soon as possible after the placement of your Order to advise you of the exact handling charge payable in respect of your Order.
To enable us to service you better, we request that you contact us at 0402647246, seven (7) days prior to the placement of any Bulk Orders to allow us to ensure that the appropriate stock is ordered and available for your requirements.
