FAQ

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking  at any time and click on Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Is there local pick up?

A: Yes. Please send us an email at sales@northshoreasianmart.com or call at 0402647246 for local pick-up orders. Minimum order of $35 for local pick-up at North Sydney. Please allow 24 hours after check-out. Your order will be available after 24 hours from check-out. Please bring your confirmation email or sms when collecting. 

Please provide your name, address, mobile number and list of items in your email as we require those details for your invoice.

Q: Is bulk order available?

A: Yes. Restaurants, Cafe or Caterer orders or orders over 24 kgs are classified as Bulk Order.

If we classify an Order as a “Bulk Order”, your Order may attract a handling charge depending on the size of your Order. Orders that total over 24kgs will be subject to a bulk delivery fee, as they require special handling and transport allocation. 

If your Order is a Bulk Order, we will contact you as soon as possible after the placement of your Order to advise you of the exact handling charge payable in respect of your Order.

To enable us to service you better, we request that you contact us at 0402647246, at least 14 days prior to the placement of any Bulk Orders to allow us to ensure that the appropriate stock is ordered and available for your requirements.

Scheduled pick up at our Artarmon warehouse is also available for bulk orders only.

Q: Do you offer a return/refund if I don't like the product?

A: We do not offer return/refund for change of mind but if a product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, you should contact us within 3 days from delivery at sales@northshoreaisanmart.com to arrange your return or exchange. Returned Products must be returned with proof of purchase under our Return Policy.
